Our Hatha Flow class is suitable for all, but most loved by yogis familiar with techniques such as alignment, breathwork, meditation and chanting. Hatha is a strong physical practice involving concentration, conscious movement and pranayama. This class provides you with mental clarity, balance, and strength.

Our Power Flow class is most suitable for yogis with a regular practice looking for a playful and dynamic experience. This class often includes inversions, arm balances, and creative transitions. Modifications are always offered and encouraged so that you can challenge yourself safely and comfortably.

Yin

Our Yin class is suitable for all and loved by all looking to hold deep stretches for longer, release tension, and soothe the nervous system. This class is slow-paced and requires you to delve within and be comfortable in your own stillness. Bolsters, straps, massage balls and blankets are often incorporated, helping you to surrender and be passive in your practice.

Mum & Baby

Our Mum & Baby class is suitable for mamas looking for a gentle yoga class that also engages with your little one. This class is a welcoming space perfect for new mothers who wish to connect with other parents whilst prioritizing health and recovery through elements of breath, movement, meditation and restorative practice.
Our Classes
At Cat on The Mat, we believe in giving our teachers creative agency over their classes so that they can be authentic and show up for you at their most enriched. As a result, whilst we offer the following styles of yoga, there is no single set sequence per style and there may be variations between each teacher’s yoga sequence. At our studio, we value this natural way of practising movement whilst increasing neuroplasticity.
